What will happen during the initial visit?
Your first visit is designed to be thorough, efficient, and focused on understanding your specific condition.
Before your visit, you will complete your health history forms online so we can review your information in advance and focus your appointment on your concerns.
You will then meet for a one-on-one consultation. We will listen carefully to your concerns, clarify your goals, and understand how your condition is affecting your daily life.
A focused examination will follow, including orthopedic and neurological testing to identify the source of your symptoms and assess how your body is functioning.
If clinically necessary, diagnostic imaging, such as X-rays, may be recommended to guide your care.
After the evaluation, we will explain our findings in clear, straightforward terms. You will understand:
- What is causing your problem
- What can be done to improve it
- What to expect moving forward
A personalized care plan will be developed based on your condition, goals, and the best available evidence, with a focus on reducing pain, restoring function, and returning you to normal activity safely and efficiently.
If your condition is not appropriate for chiropractic care, we will guide you to the appropriate specialist.
